Ariel - 12.5m Cabin Rib
Number 3 Ribcraft “Ariel” was completed and handed over to us in April 2019. Although identical hull and cabin to Grumpy, she has twin Yanmar V8 inboard diesels coupled to Duo Prop Yanmar legs. Ariel has already proved herself in both deep and shallow water operations to vessels, Jack up barges and turbines.
A dive ladder, umbilical horns attached to outboard of the transom and large davit arm all lend themselves to dive and ROV ops.
75% of the seating is modular and can be removed to facilitate different scenarios inside the cabin such as work stations etc.
Ariel has daughter craft capabilities and can be slung and lifted onto mother vessels.
Coded to Cat 2 / 60 Miles from a safe haven, 12 passengers and 2 crew, IMCA/CMID compliant.
Ariel is Road Transportable on our specialised articulated Truck and trailer and requires a movement order.
Traveling Hoist, or Crane Deployable, from Transport to water.
